Official transcript requests are made through your Atlas account.
Valencia College cannot process requests submitted via e-mail, fax or over the telephone. Both Federal and State laws on student privacy require that we have your original signature on the request.
We cannot, under any circumstances, fax or e-mail official transcripts. Additionally, we cannot provide an official transcript if there is a hold on your student account.
How to submit a Transcript Request
IMPORTANT: Transcript fees must be paid online using a credit or debit card. We are unable to accept in-person cash payments at the campus Business Office locations.
You are considered an active student if you have registered for at least one course within the last two years.
Transcript Request Instructions
Log in to your Atlas Login account
- Click on the Students tab
- Click on the Valencia Transcript Request Form in the My Transcript section, and follow the instructions to complete your order.
- Select the Student Transcript Type and the Credit Course Level
You are considered an inactive student if you have not registered for any courses in the last two years.
Inactive students who are unable to access your Atlas account may setup a Parchment account to request your official transcripts.
PDF transcript delivery is an official PDF transcript delivered to an email address of the recipient designated. Transcripts delivered PDF are considered official and certified by a digital signature and security characteristics. Each page of the transcript contain the signature of the registrar, and the college official seal. Although PDF transcripts are common, please verify that the recipient will accept an electronic transcript prior to your order.
Electronic data interchange (EDI) is an electronic data exchange between participating
institutions. NOTE: When requesting your transcript, some institutions prefer transcript
to be sent via an electronic data interchange, EDI. If you would like to change the
EDI default preference, you will have the option to do so.
Paper transcript requests are processed daily. FedEx and international requests are permitted, with additional fees. (For details read FAQ.)
- Transcript requests that require a form, must be attached within your order.
- Requests that require Notary or Apostille stamps require a paper submission.
- When submitting an attachment, please attach PDF forms only.
Waiver of Transcript Fee
Waiver of Transcript Fee for Active Duty Military, Honorably Discharged Veterans, Spouse and Dependents
In accordance with Florida House Bill 171, Valencia College students or alumni who are active duty military, honorably discharged veterans of the United States Armed Forces, or spouse or dependents are eligible for a transcript fee waiver.
You must be confirmed as active duty military, honorably discharged veteran, spouse or dependent.
Payments must be made online during the ordering process, using a credit or debit card.
You will not be billed until the transcript order is processed.
