Discrimination or Harassment

This submission form has been designed to assist you in filing a concern of discrimination and/or harassment, including sexual and gender-based harassment, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, interpersonal violence, and stalking (not related to Title IX Sexual Misconduct) in accordance with College Policy  6Hx28:2-01-Discrimination, Harassment and Related Misconduct.

While completion of this form is voluntary, the Equal Opportunity team will review Discrimination and Harassment allegations as described in College Policy:   6Hx28:2-01,Discrimination, Harassment and Related Misconduct upon receipt of this submission. In order for the Equal Opportunity team to effectively address your concerns, please provide as much information as you are able. All concerns will be addressed in a timely manner and will be kept as private as possible.

Title IX Sexual Misconduct

In addition to the reporting option described above, the College has a separate process to submit a formal complaint of Title IX Sexual Misconduct. 

In order to fall under Title IX, the alleged behavior must:

  • Be on the basis of sex,
  • Have occured in the College's educational program or activity within the United States, and
  • Jeopardize an individual's equal access to education

and the alleged behavior must be either:

  • Title IX Sexual Harassment
  • Title IX Sexual Assault
  • Title IX Interpersonal Violence
  • Title IX Stalking
