Full Tuition for Tangelo Park and Parramore graduates
The Rosen Scholars Program at Valencia College is supported by the Harris Rosen Foundation, a long-standing philanthropic commitment to expanding college access for students from Tangelo Park and Parramore.
Through this scholarship, eligible students can pursue post-secondary education with financial barriers significantly reduced. The scholarship is designed to pay tuition, books, and related educational expenses so students can focus on academic success and degree completion.
The goal of the program is not only access to college, but persistence, completion, and long-term success.

Your first step to attending Valencia College for free is to complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Rosen Scholars will pay all tuition and fees not covered by your FAFSA award.
The result is that you pay no out-of-pocket costs for tuition and fees when you attend Valencia College for an associate degree. Even your Valencia College application fee is free.
Your standard high school diploma guarantees you admission to Valencia College.

The Rosen Scholarship is available to graduating seniors who:
- Reside in Tangelo Park or eligible areas of Parramore
- Graduate from approved Orange County Public Schools
- Plan to enroll in an accredited Florida college, including Valencia College
Eligibility is verified in collaboration with designated scholarship coordinators during the student’s junior and senior year of high school.
