President, Valencia College
Dr. Kathleen Plinske has served as the fifth president of Valencia College since July 2021. She arrived at Valencia in 2010 and subsequently served as president of the Osceola, Lake Nona and Poinciana campuses before stepping into the college’s executive vice president and provost position.

Valencia College District Board of Trustees
The Valencia College District Board of Trustees is composed of nine citizens appointed by the governor from Orange and Osceola counties. They are vested with decision-making power in all matters of college policy, programs, building, budget and personnel.
