Enrollment and Degree Verification

Valencia College partners with the National Student Clearinghouse, a secure third-party provider, to process enrollment and degree verifications.

Current students can access and print free enrollment verification certificates through MyVC.

Not a Valencia College Student – Third Party Verification

Employers, background screening agencies, and other third parties may verify a student’s enrollment or degree directly through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Available services include:

  • EnrollmentVerify: Used by organizations such as lenders, insurers, and service providers that require proof of enrollment.
  • DegreeVerify: Used by employers and background screening firms to confirm degrees or attendance claimed by applicants.

Additional notes:

  • Current-term enrollment verification is typically available approximately five business days after the Drop/Refund Deadline.
  • Degree information is reported to the Clearinghouse once per term.
  • All enrollment and degree verifications for Valencia College are processed exclusively through the National Student Clearinghouse.
  • Verification fees may apply. Please refer to the National Student Clearinghouse website for details.
