Valencia College is now using The Work Number, a service of Equifax Workforce Solutions, to complete and process all employment and income verification requests. Providing a fast, accurate and secure setting, The Work Number will ensure that all requests are handled in a matter of minutes.

The Work Number is an electronic automated service that completes employment and income verifications. This will allow for quicker processing of mortgage, auto, bank and other loan applications, rental/lease agreements, government aid/Social Service applications and reference checks.

Many companies, lenders, leasing agents and social service agencies have used The Work Number for their employment and income verification needs.

They are familiar with this prompt and easy to use online service. More than 200,000 credentialed verifiers rely on The Work Number for rapid access to information critical to their decision process, and over 2,900 employers nationwide have entrusted The Work Number to provide this important service on behalf of their employees.

The Work Number requires that verifiers have employee authorization to access information. Employees usually provide consent in the form of a signed acknowledgment during the application process.
