Remote Service These are the Statewide Staffed Academic Desk Hours where you can text, chat, or e-mail for virtual research help. When Valencia librarians are available, you will reach our local desk. PLEASE NOTE: AAL hours will change beginning Friday, April 18, to Monday - Friday, 10am to 5pm.
