Ordering Guidelines and Process
Instructional materials may include a textbook, digital access code, or other academic content to facilitate your learning!
Required instructional materials, are free of cost to dual enrollment students. Funds are added to your account each semester for you to place online bookstore orders. For funding questions, please email dualenrollment@valenciacollege.edu.

| August 5 | Fall 2026 | Registered students will receive an email with instructions to order required materials when funds are available in August. |
| September 2 | Fall 2026 | Deadline to order Fall 2026 required instructional materials. |
Guidelines for Ordering Instructional Materials
- Finalize and share your VC schedule with your school counselor and/or parent/guardian
- Choose the material option that best fits you (eBook or physical textbook) and select the lowest-cost option
- Only order the required materials for the courses you have registered for
- Do not select the rental option for any of your materials
- Calculators, webcams, lab coats, and similar items are not approved items for purchase
- For delivered instructional materials, use your home address or choose to pick up your materials at a VC Vault
