Requesting Official Transcripts
An official transcript is a certified record of your academic history at Valencia College, including the courses you completed, grades earned, and degrees awarded. It is the document most commonly requested by transfer institutions, employers, and licensing agencies.
Valencia College partners with Parchment, a trusted third-party vendor, to process and send official college transcripts.
How to Request a Transcript
To request an official copy of your Valencia College transcript, click on the Official College Transcript Request form and follow the instructions to complete your order through Parchment.
If you are currently enrolled or plan to graduate at the end of the term, be sure to select “Hold for Grades” and/or “Hold for Degree” when placing your order. This ensures your transcript will include final grades or degree information and will not be sent until that information is available.
Note: All transcript requests processed are sent electronically or via mail. Valencia College does not have a campus pick-up option.

The official PDF transcript is certified by a digital signature and security characteristics. Each page of the transcript contains the signature of the registrar, and the college official seal.
The official PDF transcript is delivered to an email address of the recipient designated. Although PDF transcripts are common, please verify that the recipient will accept an electronic transcript prior to your order.
NOTE: When requesting your transcript, some institutions prefer transcript to be sent via an electronic data interchange, EDI. If you would like to change the EDI default preference, you will have the option to do so.
The official paper transcript is printed on security sensitive paper and contains the institution seal and signature of the College Registrar. Paper transcript requests are processed daily. FedEx and international requests are permitted, with additional fees. (For details read FAQs.)
- Transcript requests that require a form can be directed to transcripts@valenciacollege.edu. The form (PDF only) must be attached within your order request.
- Requests that require Notary or Apostille stamps require a paper submission.
NOTE: Notary / Apostille transcript requests may take additional time for processing. You will be contacted by the Records office once your order is complete.
Transcript Fees and Payment
Transcript fees must be paid online using a credit or debit card during the ordering process.

NOTE: We are unable to accept in-person cash payments at the campus Business Office locations.

Waiver of Transcript Fee
Valencia College is authorized to waive transcript fees for students or alumni who are active-duty military, honorably discharged veterans of the United States Armed Forces, or spouse or dependents are eligible for a transcript fee waiver (Florida House Bill 171).
You must be confirmed as active-duty military, honorably discharged veteran, spouse or dependent. Previous Veteran students who have used VA education benefits do not need to submit proof of Veteran status.
NOTE: The waiver will not cover expedite shipping, and international fees.
Valencia College cannot process requests submitted via e-mail, fax or over the telephone. Both Federal and State laws on student privacy require that we have your original signature on the request.
We are unable to fax official transcripts. Additionally, certain hold types prohibit us from issuing a transcript.
