How do I create my Amazon Business Prime account?
Email valenciaprocurement@valenciacollege.edu to request an invitation to Valencia's Amazon Business Prime account. Access Amazon Business Prime by clicking the link directly from the registration email you receive. The first time you access Amazon Business Prime, you will be prompted to create an Amazon Business Prime account. Use your @valenciacollege.eduemail address and enter a password.(Please note if you are currently using your @valenciacollege.edu email on Amazon for business shopping you will enter in the same password and select Use Existing Account when prompted.

I already use my @valenciacollege.eduemail address to make PERSONAL Amazon.com purchases.
If your@valenciacollege.eduemail address is already associated with an Amazon.com account, you will have the option to split off and transfer any purchase history to a separate account. You will be prompted to enter a new, personal, email address (e.g. gmail.com or Hotmail.com) that is NOT tied to another Amazon account.

I previously used my @valenciacollege.edu email address to register for a verified Amazon Business Prime account.
If you previously used your@valenciacollege.edu email address to register for a verified Valencia CollegeAmazon Business Prime account, you will need to de-register that account. All previous, stand-alone, Amazon Business Prime accounts will be consolidated under the new, centralized account. Visit https://amazon.com/gp/b2b/manage/deregister to complete the de-registration process before accessing Amazon Business for the first time.

Can I use theValencia College Amazon Business Prime account for personal use?
The central Valencia College Amazon BusinessPrime account must be used for business purchases only, in accordance with our purchasing policies. TheValencia Collegepurchasing team will have access to all purchasing history made through the centralized Amazon Business Prime account.

Can I use my personal credit card and get reimbursed for Amazon purchases?
PCard holders may use their card to pay for transactions, and non PCard holders may request to be setup Pay by Invoice (Purchase Order). Do not use your personal credit card when using Valencia's Amazon Business Prime.

I was charged sales tax on my order even though my Amazon Business Prime account is setup for tax exempt purchasing. How do I get refund?
Sales tax may be applied to items purchased from non-Amazon sellers. If your item is sold or fulfilled by Amazon, you can request a tax refund directly from Amazon by calling customer service at (888) 281-3847. If you purchased your item from a 3rdparty seller, go directly toOrders,find your order in the list, and clickContact Seller.Please give the seller two business days to respond.
