Downtown Campus Parking

Get around downtown quickly and conveniently.

Located in the heart of the City Beautiful, Downtown Campus places you in the center of it all—minutes from food and entertainment to shopping and parks. Plus, with public transportation right around the corner, including LYNX and SunRail, you’ll be able to experience even more.

A valid parking permit is required at all times on campus property, including downtown. If you park off campus, but within city limits, you are required to pay for metered spaces. Please note that while street parking—including metered spaces and surface lots—may be available, you will still be responsible for the parking rates even if you have a Downtown Campus parking decal.

Parking

Parking at Downtown Campus requires a valid permit at all times. 

There is a fee for parking permits, which are sold by UCF Parking and Transportation Services. The permit gives you access to:

  • Parramore Garage (580 spaces)
  • Amelia Garage (600 spaces)

PLEASE NOTE: UnionWest parking is only for UW residents.

PARK + FREE Downtown Orlando

You can enjoy FREE parking at on-street metered and non-metered spaces, via the ParkMobile app thanks to the Park DTO Program. For details, visit the Downtown Orlando website.

 

Step 1:
Set up your Downtown Campus Password

Before you can get your parking pass or access other Downtown Campus online systems, you must set up a DTC-specific password. Follow these steps to get started:

  • Log into MyVC
  • Search “Downtown Password”
  • Select “Downtown Campus - Password Reset for UCF Systems”
  • In the “Account” field, type your Valencia College username + @ucf.edu
    For example, VC student John Smith, whose VC email is jsmith1@mail.valenciacollege.edu, would use jsmith1@ucf.edu to sign in.
  • Complete the Captcha field
  • Follow the remaining prompts to create a new password for DTC systems shared with UCF

Step 2:
Purchase your Downtown Campus Parking Permit

Downtown Campus parking is limited and requires purchasing a permit from UCF Parking and Transportation Services to park in DTC student spaces.

  • Visit parking.ucf.edu to order your permit online
  • Select “Permits,” then "Purchase a Permit."
  • Log in using your Valencia College username + @ucf.edu and DTC password
  • Provide your contact, vehicle and payment information
  • Permits are virtual by license plate
